‘Tis the Season for Art

Tall Grass Artists will present hundreds of affordable, high-quality works of art perfect for holiday   gifts in a festive display in our gallery, opening with a reception on Saturday, November 19, 2022, from 1-3pm. Tall Grass Gallery’s annual Holiday Show and Sale, ‘Tis the Season for Art, will offer visitors a wide array of original works of art and craft to view and purchase for Holiday gift-giving, all within a very reasonable price range.

Among the types of items for sale are glass bowls and ornaments; photographs; block prints; oil,   acrylic, watercolor, and pastel paintings; matted prints; necklaces, bracelets and earrings in many different materials, techniques and styles; a wide variety of individual and sets of notecards and holiday cards; artists’ designed notebooks and journals; blankets, throws, mugs; a wall clock;  ceramic sculptures; money and gift card holders; gift tags; and charming needle-felted figures.

Included in this year’s show are: Brenda Anderson, Rene Arceo, Robert Bator, Judi Boehner,  Marjorie Boyd, Susan Brauer, Javier Chavira, Christina Cooley, Claudia Craemer, Linda Curl,   Sandra Evers, Sue Flanagan, Ted Fuka, Janet Glazer, Debra Glenn, Joe Hadamik, David Hartwig, Fran Hollander, Susan Johnson, Jack Kapost, Katie Luo, Jessica Smit Mattingly, Paula Mattson, Chuck Michaels, Gloria Payne, Joseph Perryman, Kiet Pham, Janice Pratt, Joan Quirke, Geneva Reed, Penny Shnay, Perry Slade, Dave Sobotka, Sandy Squillo, Doug Stein, Melvina Stemley, Patrick Thompson, Nance Tucker, Susan Wade, and Patricia Wiseman.

Visitors to‘Tis the Season for Art  will find the collections of each artist displayed together on tables, pedestals, and walls to make selecting multiple works by one artist easy, and members of   Tall Grass will receive a 10% discount on each purchase they make from both the exhibit and our  Gift Shop.

Curated by Susan Brauer, ‘Tis the Season for Art  will be on view through January 7, 2023.         All are welcome to attend the opening reception for the show on Saturday, November 19, from         1–3pm and to meet the artists who will share so many wonderful, one-of-a-kind art works to give during this Holiday season.
