This is a 5 week project-based class. Beginning and advanced students explore drawing, painting and other media, including pencil, charcoal, pen & ink, pastel, lino-print, acrylic, watercolor, oil pastel, collage, clay and other sculpture materials. Some art history is presented. Learn to use your imagination!

Welcome to drawing! We’re going to learn to make marks on paper that will be fun and magical! We’ll learn basic techniques for drawing and you’ll want to try drawing more. You’ll learn ways to transfer what you see or picture in your mind to paper. Each week we will try to complete a project that you can take home and finish if needed.

This 6 week class offers a wide range of possibilities for beginning and intermediate adult students. You will cover landscapes, interiors, florals, still life & more.
