Learning to Draw Creatively
Welcome to drawing! We’re going to learn to make marks on paper with various mediums that will be fun and magical! We’ll learn basic techniques for drawing and gradually you will become comfortable to draw spontaneously. You’ll learn ways to transfer what you see or picture in your mind to paper. Each week we will work on a project that you can take home and continue to work on your own.
Instructor: Andrea Fox
Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Each time we meet, we’ll go over drawing techniques and take into practice creative ways for pleasing compositions. Your work will be your own. This is not a follow along type of art class. We’ll do some fun doodle drawing with drawing markers; graphite pencil drawing of different subjects; colored pencil works too! This is an ongoing class and students who choose to stay on will continue to learn and meet a great group of art friends.
